After Bill has turned back in time and killed Emily, he is in prison. A black hole has appeared on the edge of Earth’s exosphere, which is believed to be the reason why many people have hallucinations of what they did or happened to them in the future where Bill has come from. The human aliens who have traveled back in time with Bill are stealing the notebook from a police station in the evidence room, and many die in the process, but not all. Zoe who works for the government is searching for answers about the hallucinations, and visits Bill in prison, he answers her questions and reveals to her what has happened, and where he is from. She starts to believe him, while a look inside the black hole leads to the future-destroyed world after the attack from the human aliens.
