Thony De La Rosa works in Las Vegas as a cleaner and has a young son with a rare immune deficiency. She was a Philippine medical doctor, but because of her son's health issues, they came to the US to find treatment in a clinic. Because their Visas have expired, they are illegal immigrants now and live at her sister-in-law's house, Fiona and her family. One night, she accidentally witnessed the murder of a man, and to save her life, she offered to clean the crime scene, which she did it well. Arman Morales is a gangster, accepts her proposal, gives her a permanent job as a cleaner for him, and helps her son with the clinic's Visa problems.
