After the death of Pablo Escobar, the Cali Cartel took over the cocaine production and expand their businesses in a way Pablo didn’t. Now they become Public Enemy Number One for US, and the promoted agent and hero, Javier Pena, has a new mission, and with the different approach of CIA’s Bill Stechner for the cartel, he has to find way to stop the four bosses of Cali Cartel, Gilberto Rodriguez, Miguel Rodriguez, Chepe Santacruz - Londono and Pacho Herrera. But when in a gathering of Cali’s Cartel, Gilberto announces his plans, that in six months they will leave the cocaine business, after negotiating an agreement with the authorities, for a minimal prison sentence, he will disappoint a lot of their associates, who they don't like it.
