While Mexico is ready for political changes which may affect Miguel Angel and his business, DEA Agent Walt Breslin and his team, are looking to revenge the death of the DEA Agent Camarena, and arrest the remaining people who are responsible for his death, in secret and without Mexico government knowing anything about it. Miguel, who has a lot of problems because he has no cash to pay the plazas because the Colombians delay to pay him, is having his 40-year-old birthday and a party at his villa, where he expects Pacho Herrera from Cali Cartel to arrive and to ask him for his money. Instead, Pacho informs him that he will have the money when he supposed to, and the problems Miguel have, consequences from Camarena’s death, and Miguel should deal with it. Then Miguel plans to make the Colombians work for him.
