Almost a year has passed, and Judy, Will, the Robot, Penny, Smith, and the rest of the kids live alone on a planet, with no communication with their parents. Judy is their leader, and with Will’s plans are trying to fix Jupiter’s engine to find their way to Alpha Centauri. Unfortunately, Will and his sisters are not having the best relationships right now, and they are avoiding each other. Soon, Smith will find out that Will is intentionally slowing down his work’s progress, but the truth is the Robot does it, in order to protect Will because the other Robots are looking for Will. Meanwhile, John and Maureen are also avoiding each other, and they are on Sunshine Base with Victor and the other parents, hidden for now from the Robots, and they are trying to locate their children.
