Heidi Bergman is a caseworker who works for Homecoming Transitional Support Center, and she starts the first session with Walter Cruz a soldier who recently arrived at Homecoming, and which will help his
reintegration process. Colin Belfast her supervisor waits for her data for the D.O.D. presentation in six weeks, about everything these soldiers remember. Four years later, Heidi has returned to live with her mother and
she is working as a waitress where D.O.D. office of Inspector General Thomas Carrasco is investigating Homecoming facility after a complaint about the program and questions Heidi about it, but she avoids to answer
with details for it, and she says she doesn’t remember much about it.
