It’s been six months, and Rossi is still obsessed by Everett Lynch and keeps investigate him even though Emily is against it. Rossi finds a new case, an unsub who kills young men and removes a part of their skin from their chest. From the beginning, Rossi presents to BAU that the unsub is Lynch who has changed his MO and that they must do anything to capture him. But during the investigation, everyone except Rossi believes that the unsub is no Lynch, but Rossi insists he is. As a result, Emily puts Rossi in charge of the Lynch investigation and to meet with Lynch’s daughter and Lynch’s mother, while the rest of BAU focuses on the new case.
