While Kim is in surgery, and everyone waits for news, Hailey asks from Jay to marry her, which it’s something he didn’t expect, and doesn’t answer. They leave for the hospital, where Deputy Superintendent Miller wants to take the case from Hank, but he insists and persuades her. Trudy informs Hank and Miller that Roy’s car is found from a traffic cam near a warehouse, where gunshots also reported there. Hank takes his team there, except Adam. Hailey is feeling bad, and asks Hank what they should do, while Hank is destroying any evidence can reveal the truth about them. Later, they learn where Roy may be, but Roy manages to escape. Hank tries to calm Hailey and reassure of what they must do, but Hailey worries to much.
