A woman covered with tattoo, and no memory of who she is, was found at Time Square in New York. The most obvious tattoo on her, is the name of F.B.I. Special Agent Kurt Weller. Although he hasn’t met her before, he feels her need to learn who she is, and so the first clue in her body leads them to a bomb attack and reveals her ability of Martial Arts and the knowledge of Chinese.
